Nicki Ruiz de Luzuriaga, MPA
Associate Vice President of Capacity Building, Economic Mobility Pathways (EMPath)
Nicki Ruiz de Luzuriaga is the Associate Vice President of Capacity Building at EMPath (formerly Crittenton Women’s Union). In this role she oversees specialty supports, innovations, and professional development for all of EMPath’s direct service programs. Nicki has worked at EMPath since 2009, focusing on children’s and family issues, with a particular interest in intergenerational bonds. She and her colleagues have created tools that help families to align toward their goals, intentionally capitalizing on the innate interdependency of parents and children. Nicki completed a Master in Public Administration at the John F. Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University, where she was awarded a Gleitsman Fellowship through the Center for Public Leadership.
